Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of it-staffing-companies.com and any service engagement arranged through the website or directly with us.

By using the website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request services from us.

Definitions

Agreement means the written arrangement between it-staffing-companies.com and the client, including any approved proposal, scope of work, service order, or related written confirmation.

Client Content means materials, text, files, data, instructions, images, access details, or other information provided by the client for use in the project.

Deliverables means work products, drafts, documents, materials, or other outputs prepared as part of the services.

Company/Designer Tools means internal tools, templates, methods, frameworks, processes, systems, software, or reusable materials used by us to deliver the services.

Final Deliverables means the approved final version of the agreed deliverables provided to the client after completion and, where applicable, full payment.

Project means the agreed work described in the proposal, scope of work, or written agreement.

Services means the services provided by it-staffing-companies.com, as described in the relevant Agreement.

Third-Party Materials means any content, tools, platforms, software, licenses, plugins, stock materials, or services owned or controlled by third parties.

Development / Service Delivery

Services are delivered according to the Agreement, including agreed milestones, timelines, and scope.

We use professional judgment and commercially reasonable efforts to perform the services with care and consistency. However, we do not guarantee outcomes that depend on third parties, market conditions, platform behavior, search engines, hiring results, or client-side decisions.

Proposal / Scope of Work

Proposals are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued unless another period is stated in writing.

If a proposal is not accepted during that period, we may revise, withdraw, or resubmit it with updated pricing, timing, or scope.

The scope of work must be confirmed in writing before work begins. Any service not clearly included in the approved scope may be treated as additional work.

Compensation: Fees, Additional Costs, Expenses, and Taxes

The client agrees to pay the fees stated in the Agreement.

Third-party costs are billed separately unless they are clearly included in the approved scope. These may include software, licenses, paid tools, stock materials, hosting, advertising, external services, or other third-party charges.

Where expenses are required and approved, they may be billed at cost.

The client is responsible for applicable taxes, duties, bank fees, transaction charges, or similar payment-related costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment

Invoices are due within 5 days from the invoice date unless another payment period is agreed in writing.

Some projects may follow a milestone-based payment schedule. In that case, payment amounts and due dates will follow the approved Agreement.

Work may be paused if payment is overdue, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes to Project Scope

Change requests must be submitted in writing.

Minor changes may be handled within the existing scope when they do not materially affect time, complexity, workload, or agreed deliverables.

Major changes may require an updated proposal, revised timeline, additional fees, or a supplemental Agreement. A major change may include new deliverables, significant rewriting, new functionality, additional rounds of work, changed direction, or requests that differ from the approved scope.

If a revised proposal or scope update is sent to the client, it should be accepted within 14 working days unless another period is stated. If it is not accepted during that time, we may revise or withdraw it.

Delays

If a delay is caused by late client input, missing materials, delayed approvals, unavailable access, or postponed decisions, the project timeline may be extended by at least the same number of delayed days.

If a delay occurs on our side, we will aim to inform the client promptly and provide an updated timing estimate where possible.

Events outside reasonable control, including technical outages, illness, platform disruptions, supplier delays, natural events, governmental restrictions, or other force majeure-style circumstances, will not be treated as a breach. Timelines may be extended as needed.

Evaluation and Acceptance

Before submitting deliverables, we may conduct internal checks, testing, or review based on the nature of the work.

After receiving deliverables, the client has 7 working days to review them and provide clear written feedback. If no feedback is provided within that period, the deliverables may be considered accepted.

Reasonable fixes or revisions will be handled according to the Agreement. The time needed for revisions may depend on the scope of requested changes, feedback clarity, and workload.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing lawful, accurate, complete, and ready-to-use materials.

Unless proofreading or fact-checking is specifically included in the Agreement, the client remains responsible for checking names, facts, claims, figures, legal references, brand rules, and final publication accuracy.

The client should provide timely decisions, approvals, access, and third-party confirmations where needed. Delays in these areas may affect deadlines.

Accreditation and Promotion

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may include a reasonable accreditation link or reference where appropriate.

We may also refer to completed work in our portfolio, case studies, or promotional materials, provided that confidential information is not disclosed.

Neither party should unreasonably prevent factual references to the work, unless there is a valid confidentiality, legal, or business reason.

Confidential Information

Both parties agree to treat confidential information with care and not disclose it to third parties without permission, except where required to deliver the services or where disclosure is legally required.

Confidential information does not include information that is already public, lawfully obtained from another source, independently developed without using confidential information, or approved for disclosure in writing.

Relationships

The relationship between the client and it-staffing-companies.com is that of independent contractors.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, or exclusivity arrangement unless stated in writing.

We may use subcontractors or service providers where appropriate while remaining responsible for managing the agreed services.

Liability

The website and services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by applicable rules.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages where such limitation is permitted.

Our total liability for any claim related to the relevant services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to that claim.

Rights for Work Produced

After full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Final Deliverables for the agreed purpose, unless different rights are stated in writing.

Company/Designer Tools, reusable materials, frameworks, processes, internal templates, and pre-existing materials remain owned by us unless transferred in writing.

The client may not resell, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from materials beyond the agreed use where restrictions are included in the Agreement or where third-party rights apply.

Third-Party Materials remain subject to their own license terms.

Support Services

Support, maintenance, updates, monitoring, or post-delivery assistance are provided only if agreed in writing.

Support services may be billed separately unless they are included in the approved Agreement.

Any support obligation may no longer apply if deliverables are changed by the client, another provider, or a third party without our involvement.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The version posted on it-staffing-companies.com governs website use and future service engagement unless a separate written Agreement states otherwise.

Continued use of the website or services after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
